Follow these steps to create your account and sign in for the first time. This process takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:
- The name of the product you are accessing (AuditHub or RegHub)
- Your Company ID, provided by your STP Account Manager or STP Admin Staff
- Access to your email inbox to receive your verification code
If you experience any issues during setup, contact your STP Account Manager or reach out to our support team at support@stpub.com.

Go to the Sign Up Page
Navigate to AuditHub or RegHub depending on which product you have been given access to, and click Sign Up Now to begin.

Verify Your Email Address
Enter your email address in the Email Address field and click Send verification code . Check your inbox for an email from STP containing a 6-digit verification code and enter it on the page, then click Verify code to proceed.

Create Your Password
Enter a password of your choice in the New Password field and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field. Make sure both entries match exactly before proceeding.
Note: Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long, and includes a mix of lowercase characters, uppercase characters, and symbols.

Enter Your Personal Details
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Display Name in the fields provided. Your Display Name is how you will appear within the platform.
Finally, enter the Company ID provided to you by your STP Account Manager or STP Admin Staff in the ID assigned by STP to represent your company field.

Create Your Account
Once all fields are completed, click on Create to finish setting up your account. You can now sign in to AuditHub or RegHub using your email address and password.
