1. Signing Up on the Wrong Platform
Our services are available through either AuditHub or RegHub, or both, depending on your company's subscription.
How to check:
- Review your welcome email. It will specify whether your organization is subscribed to AuditHub or RegHub, or both.

Navigate to STP ComplianceEHS Homepage and Ensure you are registering on the correct platform. If your comany is subcribed to both you can register on either platform to gain access.

2. "CID# Is Not Valid" Error
If you receive an error indicating that your Company ID# is not valid, please review the following common causes before contacting support.
Common Causes
- A space was accidentally copied before or after the CID#.
- The CID# was entered incorrectly.
- The CID# is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Carefully copy and paste the CID# from your welcome email.
- Check that there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the CID#.
- Ensure all letters and numbers match exactly, including capitalization.
Still Not Working?
If the issue persists, please contact your Account Manager to verify that you have been provided with the correct Company ID#. If needed, our Support Team can also assist with troubleshooting.
3. Email Verification Code Not Being Confirmed
A common issue occurs when users enter the verification code but skip the final verification step.
Complete verification process:
- Enter your email address.

Click Send Verification Code
- Check your email and locate the verification code.
- Enter the verification code into the registration form.

Click "Verify Code".
- Wait for confirmation that your code has been successfully verified.
- Continue completing the remaining registration details.
Important:
Entering the code alone does not verify your email address. You must click Verify Code before proceeding to the next steps of registration.
