New Customer Onboarding Training
Most new groups participate in a dedicated group training session as part of their onboarding experience. These sessions are designed to introduce your team to the platform and ensure everyone has a solid understanding of the key features, workflows, and best practices.
Group onboarding training allows your team to learn together, ask questions, and start using the platform with confidence.
One-on-One Training
We understand that some users may need additional support after initial training. We can arrange one-on-one training sessions for individuals who would benefit from personalized guidance.
These sessions are ideal for:
- New staff members
- Users who need extra support
- Learning specific workflows or features
- Answering individual questions
Follow-Up and Refresher Training
As your team becomes more familiar with the platform, you may identify opportunities for additional learning. We offer follow-up and refresher training sessions to help users deepen their knowledge, learn new features, or revisit areas where additional support is needed.
Follow-up training can be arranged for individuals or groups.
Weekly Live Training Sessions
We host live training sessions every week for both RegHub and AuditHub users.
These sessions:
- Provide a comprehensive overview of the platform
- Cover key features and functionality
- Demonstrate common workflows and best practices
- Include opportunities for discussion and questions
- Are open to both new and existing users
Each session lasts approximately one hour, and participants are encouraged to ask questions and engage in discussion throughout the training. Register Here
